QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear friends and colleagues,
Please help us to compare the subtitling situation in various countries by filling out this questionnaire.
It will enable international organizations to compare different conditions in various countries.
This questionnaire refers to subtitles specially intended for people who are deaf and hard-of-hearing.

NOTE:
Mark the correct answer and you can also write up your own explanatory note for any issue.
If you have any questions, or are unsure how to answer a question, please contact Vera Strnadova at vera.strnadova@seznam.cz
or via Skype: vera.strnadova-deaf.

Thank you very much for your help.
